§ 1. Arrival and Departure
(1) Check-in to the apartment on the day of arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m.
(2) Check-out from the apartment on the day of departure must take place no later than 10:00 a.m.
(3) During the high season, guest arrivals and departures are possible exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.

§ 2. Minimum Stay
(1) During the high season, the minimum stay in our apartments is seven nights.
(2) During the pre-season and post-season, the minimum stay is three nights.

§ 3. Maximum Number of Guests
(1) The maximum permitted number of guests is:
4 persons in Apartments 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7
2 persons in Apartments 3 and 8
The number of persons staying in the apartment may not exceed the number stated and confirmed at the time of booking.

§ 4. Rental Price and Payment
(1) You will receive a booking confirmation once your request has been accepted and the deposit or full payment has been received. A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking. If the booking is not accepted, any amounts previously paid will be refunded immediately.
(2) Once we have received and accepted the booking, the guest is required to pay the remaining rental amount on the day of arrival. If the remaining amount is not paid within the specified period, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately and without prior notice and offer the apartment to another guest.
(3) The rental price includes tourist tax, final cleaning, towels (beach towels are not included), bed linen, air conditioning and service charges. Additional services are payable on site.
(4) The deposit of 20% of the total rental price is paid by card at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid in euros (€), exclusively in cash on the day of arrival. Payment of the remaining amount by debit or credit card is not possible.
(5) We reserve the right to change prices. Any price change will not affect previously confirmed bookings.

§ 5. Booking Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the guest cancels the booking before the beginning of the agreed rental period and does not provide a replacement guest who accepts the same conditions, the guest is required to pay the following percentage of the total rental price to cover the costs incurred, provided that the apartment cannot be re-rented:
45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
Less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
The cost of final cleaning is not included in the above cancellation charges. After a booking has been cancelled, we reserve the right to offer the apartment to another guest.
(2) The guest may at any time provide evidence that the actual loss or costs incurred were lower than the amount stated above.
(3) If the guest terminates the stay early, the full amount of the agreed rental price remains payable.
(4) Cancellations are accepted only in writing. The relevant date is the date on which we receive the written cancellation notice.
(5) We recommend taking out travel insurance.

§ 6. Guest Responsibilities and Obligations
(1) The guest is required to treat the apartment, furniture and other equipment with care. The guest is also responsible for the actions of other persons staying in the apartment. The guest is liable for any damage to the equipment, apartment or other parts of the property caused by the guest or by persons staying with them.
(2) Any defects or malfunctions noticed before or during the stay must be reported immediately to the owner or responsible person.
(3) Pets are not allowed.
(4) Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
(5) The guest is required to comply with the house rules available at the property.

§ 7. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, or becomes invalid or unenforceable in the future, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
